1. Digital Program Refund Policy
The 40+ RESET System is a digital product currently sold for $67 USD.
Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final.
However, 40+ RESET currently offers a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for the digital program only.
To request a refund:

• You must contact us within 14 days of your purchase date

• You must provide proof of purchase

• Refund requests must be submitted by email

Refund requests submitted after 14 days may not be approved.

2. Coaching Refund Policy
Online coaching is currently:

• $300 USD per month

• Requires a minimum 3-month commitment

Due to the time, planning, support, and personalized services involved, coaching payments are generally non-refundable once coaching has begun.
By enrolling in coaching, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Personalized work begins immediately after acceptance

• Coaching time and planning are reserved specifically for you

• Results depend heavily on your participation, consistency, and communication

No refunds will be issued for:

• Lack of participation

• Failure to follow the plan

• Missed check-ins

• Change of mind

• Failure to communicate

• Partial completion of the coaching term
   

3. Subscription & Payment Responsibility
Clients are responsible for completing all agreed coaching payments during the minimum coaching commitment period.
Failure to complete payments may result in:

• Suspension of coaching access

• Removal from coaching support

• Cancellation of services
   

4. Unauthorized Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting
40+ RESET for support, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend access to programs and services

• Terminate coaching access

• Contest the dispute with proof of purchase and agreement acceptance
   

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
